Tracy was born and raised in Hawai‘i and grew up in Mililani. Right after graduating from high school, she went on to complete her AA in Liberal Arts from Kap‘iolani Community College and then transferred to UH West O‘ahu to earn her BA in Social Sciences (with a Concentration in Psychology). Soon after that, she completed a Master of Education in Educational Technology degree at UH Mānoa.
She loves doing outdoorsy things. In the past she has gone hiking at midnight in Alaska, played with a Beluga whale, walked on a glacier, and petted/fed deer at Nara Park (Japan). In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her nieces and nephews and go on adventures with her dog.
