Fitness for Life program at UH Hilo begins spring session January 16

A new year begins and with it opportunities to jumpstart one’s body or learn something new. Now in its 10th year, the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo College of Continuing Education and Community Service’s (CCECS) Fitness for Life program continues to offer diversified classes at affordable costs.
 
Registration is currently taking place with classes beginning the week of January 16. The consistently popular courses such as paddling, Pilates, gardening and Japanese Taiko drumming return, while new classes such as beekeeping, French for Travelers, and modern dance have been added.
