This application is for students attending UHM courses during the summer 2025 period.
Eligibility
University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa students interested in living on campus during the summer must be registered for at least three units of credit for the duration of each six-week session that they intend to live on campus. Combined session (session 1 and 2) residents must meet these eligibility criteria for both summer sessions and be registered for a minimum 6 credits or more with 3 credits of courses taken during each summer term.
Students enrolled at the University of Hawaiʻi at West Oahu, Honolulu Community College, Leeward Community College, Kapiolani Community College or Windward Community College are eligible to apply for housing. However, spaces will only be made available after all eligible University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa students have been assigned.
Failure to comply with these eligibility criteria may be grounds for immediate contract termination.

* Varied term is for students who are in accelerated classes that do not fit the standard summer session 1 or 2 dates. Students who are eligible for varied term may check-in the day before their class begins. Their contract will end on the last day of their final exam.

Before you apply, please ensure you are registered for the correct summer session and enrolled in at least 3 credits for the summer period you are applying for.

Select the correct summer application button below to begin the process. Complete the application along with the non-refundable $25 application fee. Your UH ID number is required to apply.

Monitor Your Email for Updates on Your Application
Summer applications will be considered on a first come, first serve basis. Housing offers will be sent to hawaii.edu email addresses.

Secure Your Housing & Next Steps
Summer applicants that receive an offer for on-campus housing must promptly return a signed housing contract and remit a $400, non-refundable reservation fee within the deadline stated in the housing offer.
After submitting your signed contract and remitting your $400 reservation fee, please allow a few business days for your summer housing charges and reservation fee payment to be posted to your MyUH account.
Please note that full payment for your remaining summer housing balance must be received prior to your check-in date. To ensure proper credit, you may utilize the Line Payment method to pay for your remaining summer housing rent and meal plan charges at https://go.hawaii.edu/gTy.
