Data were compiled by an independent evaluator.  ECafe will not allow an independent evaluator to use the system so we had to evolve our own on-line system.  Data were analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively by the evaluator.  The analysis was discussed by the curriculum committee and the external advisory board.
