HADI: Hawaii Alzheimers Disease Initiative

The Hawaii Alzheimers Disease Initiative (HADI) strives to strengthen the dementia-capability of Hawaii’s communities. The project is building the capacity of professionals and organizations to support to older adults with memory loss or dementia, and their caregivers. The project is funded by the federal Administration for Community Livings Alzheimers Disease Initiative- Specialized Supportive Services Program.
