CDBG_Strengthening Community-Based Food Systems to Support Aging in Place 


Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) (2022 to 2023)

The Kūpuna Collective has received a generous grant from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant to support kūpuna food security and local agriculture by distributing food and meals in culturally appropriate ways. To ensure that the program is effective and meeting its goals, the UH Center on Aging is providing program evaluation and data support to the partners who serve kūpuna with this grant.

To enhance the well-being of older adults through interdisciplinary and collaborative efforts in research, educational programs, and service to the community
