How advising works:
The Office of Student Services (OSS) provides a variety of student services for the School of Nursing’s program from pre-admission to beyond graduation. The services of this office include: responding to inquiries, handling admissions, academic advisement, facilitation of scholarships/awards, monitoring progress toward degree and certification of graduation. Post-graduation services include verification of completion of degree requirements for licensure and board certifications.
Mandatory Advising:
Advising is mandatory for students enrolled in High School Direct Entry in Nursing, Traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing, UH West Oahu Pre-nursing to UH Manoa Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and Online RN to Bachelor of Science in Nursing programs. Advising is also mandatory for UH Manoa Pre-nursing students. Please refer to the email sent to all Pre-nursing students for more information.
