University of Hawaiʻi Policies

The University of Hawaiʻi believes in zero tolerance for interpersonal violence. This means that when an allegation of misconduct is brought to an appropriate administrator’s attention, protective and other remedial measures will be to used to reasonably ensure that:

  1. The misconduct ends,
  2. The misconduct is not repeated, and
  3. The effects on the victim and community are remedied.
