Special Lecture: "Four Global Existential Menaces: Two World-unifying Enemies and Two World-dividing Enemies"

Dr. Yang speaks about four existential global challenges, namely, climate change, COVID-19, the Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), and the emerging Cold War-2. He emphasizes that new enlightened political leadership, approaches and investments are required to eradicate the enemies.
Dr. Sung-Chul Yang is a former Republic of Korea Ambassador to the United States. He previously served as the Vice Chair of the Unification and Foreign Affairs Committee and the Chairman of the International Cooperation Committee. He was also a professor at the University of Kentucky, Indiana University, Kyunghee University, and Seoul National University.
