The Center for Korean Studies completed the digitization of the Korea Times Hawaii (1973-2010) in 2023 commemorating the 51 years of the publication of The Korea Times Hawaii.

The digitization of The Korea Times Hawaii (1973-2010) will help to study the new immigration history in Hawaii.  This digitized collection includes the newspapers issued from March 1, 1973 until November 28, 2010. This project was possible because of the generous support from the Korean American Foundation Hawaii (KAFH). Mrs. Duk Hee Lee Murabayashi, John Kim, many student assistants, and CKS faculty and staff worked together to make it possible.
