- Categorize these species into the major amphibian groups: salamanders, frogs, and caecilians.

- There are no true marine amphibians alive today. However, there are a few species that can survive in brackish water. Investigate the natural history of one of these species. How have these species adapted to live in salty conditions where other amphibians cannot survive?
- Many amphibian populations are currently in decline around the world. Conservation biologists are concerned about a mass extinction event. Use library and Internet resources to investigate the causes of the global amphibian decline and mass extinction.
