At CRDG we believe that in order to produce real change through program implementation, teachers must be provided with on-going professional development opportunities.
Our programs are designed with a significant professional development component that incorporates the most up-to-date research in teaching and learning, models successful instructional strategies, increases teachers’ content knowledge in the subject area, and helps teachers address state and national standards. Schools are also welcome to request additional services to meet special needs.
