Cory Simon

Aloha. My name is Cory Ha’aheo Mose Simon. I was born here on the island of Oʻahu but raised in Kamuela, Hawaiʻi. I am currently a high school teacher at Maryknoll School. I teach US Government and Hawaiian History. I began my academic journey at Chaminade University with a Bachelor’s in History and a Master’s in Education. In 2022, I received another master’s degree in Pacific Island Studies here at UH Mānoa and I am now continuing my academic journey by pursuing a Ph.D in American Studies.
