He'eia Fishpond

The He'eia Fishpond is located in the National Estuarine Research Reserve on the windward side of Oahu. Heʻeia fishpond was used to trap fish using rock walls built in shallow tidal areas. To learn more about the fishpond, check out the links and handout below:
