The Hawaii Energy Policy Forum presented its efforts in tracking clean energy policy and considering the implications for Hawaii residents. There are two major recent pieces of legislation that provide federal funding for clean energy programs, The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and The Inflation Reduction Act.
