Papaya Smoothie

- SERVING SIZE 2 cups

- 4 cups papaya, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup milk, 2% reduced fat
- 1 cup bananas, sliced
- 8 each ice cubes
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 4 tsp fresh lime juice

- Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into glasses.
Notes
- Substitute 2% milk with 1% or skim milk for a lower fat version.
- Honey should be avoided even in processed foods for infants 12 months old or younger. Feeding honey to infants (12 months or younger) is associated with infant botulism.
