Moi Baked in Ti Leaves

Ingredients
- 2 lbs moi (threadfish), cleaned
- 1 tsp Hawaiian salt
- 4 ti leaves, ribs and stems removed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Clean fish and sprinkle with salt.
- Lay fish lengthwise on a ti leaf. Sprinke both sides of fish with salt. Wrap fish with additional leaves until covered. Tie ends with string or piece of stem.
- In a 9" x 13" baking or roasting pan, bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes.
- Cut open ti leaves and serve.
