Subjects, events, etc. covered: Neil Abercrombie’s papers housed in this collection do not contain extensive information about H-3 construction. There are only two folders with relevant information. The first contains copies of the Comprehensive Urban Transportation Act of 1991 (HR 1403) regarding transportation initiatives in urban areas. The second folder contains information about the Federal Highway Administration budget allocations in fiscal year 1995 going towards the Highway Trust Fund – which goes towards H-3 construction.
