Aloha and welcome

This section of the website is private to participants of the UH Sea Grant Center for Marine Science’s Teaching Science as Inquiry (TSI) and Communicating Ocean Science professional development (PD) course. In this section of the website you will be able to:

  • Access resources related to the PD, including the TSI lesson plan template for you to fill out electronically (see attachments below).
  • Post messages to facilitators and to one another about anything related to the PD workshop or follow-up, lesson plan development, implementation, and SOEST Open House.
  • Post your lesson plans.
  • Post any photos or information about your lesson implementation.

To access curriculum content, make comments, or share materials with the larger Exploring Our Fluid Earth Community, choose any of the links at the top of the screen to return to the main curriculum site (e.g. hover your mouse over “Table of Contents” to select content page, click “Teacher Community” to post your comment or read others' comments, click the home icon at the top left corner to return to homepage, etc.).
