Spring Semester Deadline: No deadline, but application available in November
If you are interested in living on campus, you must submit the housing application. To begin the application process, you will need the following:
Applications for student housing will be available in January for Fall and in November for Spring only. Housing assignments are sent to your UH email account. Please note: After your application is complete, a housing contract will be delivered to your UH email account.
Unfortunately, if you do not send the housing deposit by deadline indicated on your contract, Student Housing will cancel your contract so they can assign your space to another student. It is critical that you check your UH Mānoa email account!
Apply for Student HousingMost students residing in on-campus student housing (Hale Anuenue, Frear Hall, Gateway House, Hale Aloha Towers, Johnson Hall, Hale Kahawai, and Hale Laulima) are required to purchase a meal plan each semester. You are automatically enrolled in the “Select 10,” a 10-meal per week plan that can be changed should you want more meals per week. If you are a commuter student (living off campus not in campus housing) or a student in the on-campus apartments, you do not have to purchase a meal plan, but do have the option if you choose.
Before you become a full-fledged Rainbow Warrior, you must submit your final documents to the Office of Admissions:
Every Warrior’s journey has a path. Create your class schedule and register for classes online through our standard registration system called STAR GPS. STAR GPS guides students to timely graduation by combining student history with their academic program information, creating a graduation pathway. Be sure to have the following, in order to register for classes:
There is also the option to register for your classes through a first-year program called ACE. These are learning communities and grouped classes based on your major, experienced alongside 15 other students. Your class meets weekly to go over college success skills, promoting a smooth transition from high school to college. This is a great way to complete your college years in four, while also alongside new friends!
