ILOKANO LANGUAGE & LITERATURE
This academic program at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa has been in existence since 1972. It earned permanent status as a degree-granting program in 2013. In 2022, the program celebrated its 50th Anniversary. The current faculty and staff hope to continue the legacy of those who built and contributed to the foundations of the only BA degree in Ilokano-granting program in the world.
