Title

PS2: Motion and Stability: Forces and Interactions

Core Idea

PS2:  Motion and Stability: Forces and Interactions

PS2.A: Forces and Motion
PS2.B: Types of Interactions
PS2.C: Stability and Instability in Physical Systems

In PS2: Motion and Stability: Forces and Interactions, performance expectations are designed for students to create an understanding of how different types of forces interact to create motion. Students should demonstrate an understanding of how action-reaction, gravitational, electrical, and magnetic forces cause motion.

3-PS2-1 Plan and conduct an investigation to provide evidence of the effects of balanced and unbalanced forces on the motion of an object.
