SCOPE OF WORK:

Summit Construction Inc., will be starting construction on Monday, 5/13/24, for the Refresh/Renovate Teaching LABS 102, 102A, 105 & 115 Project. Scope of work includes selective demolition, carpentry, doors and hardware, gypsum board, acoustical panel ceilings, flooring, painting,
whiteboards, signage, miscellaneous specialties, audio-video systems, laboratory casework and worksurfaces, mechanical, electrical, and miscellaneous related work

EFFECTIVE DATES:

05/13/2024 - 01/20/2025

HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION:

7:00AM TO 4:00PM

ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIAL (ACM) ABATEMENT:

None

ACCESSIBLE ROUTES:

No accessible routes are affected by this work.

ADVISORY:

All persons in the vicinity of this construction are advised to respect all barricades and all posted safety/detour signs. Your patience, cooperation and understanding are requested as the inconveniences inherent to repair work (noise, dust, odors and debris) are generated by this construction.
