New Notice Additional Notice to Ongoing Project

SUBJECT:
Shidler College of Business Auditorium (A101) Interior Design Refresh

CONTRACTOR:

Conair Remodeling

SCOPE OF WORK:

Interior refresh of a 2,170 SF existing auditorium, including replacement or covering of existing finishes and furniture, using new finishes or furniture for the same purpose.  The project will not include any modifications to the existing structural, mechanical, or fire protection systems.  The existing space is equipped throughout with an automatic fire sprinkler system; all existing sprinkler heads will be maintained, and a couple new sprinkler heads will be added to the design per code requirements.  Some existing light fixtures will be removed and replaced with new light fixtures of a similar purpose.  Other existing light fixtures will remain as is.
