POST Building - Level 1 Entry Improvements: Onsite Work, Demolition, and Construction

CONTRACTOR:

Ridgeway Construction, Inc.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Onsite Work, Demolition, and Construction, including one for one removal and replacement of storefront doors of POST building with updated card reader access capabilities and hardware. 

EFFECTIVE DATES:

02/12/2024 - 08/30/2024

HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION:

7:00AM-3:30PM

ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIAL (ACM) ABATEMENT:

None

ACCESSIBLE ROUTES:

Doors indicated in schedule shall be for emergency exits only, construction signage will be posted with alternate routes.

ADVISORY:

All persons in the vicinity of this construction are advised to respect all barricades and all posted safety/detour signs. Your patience, cooperation and understanding are requested as the inconveniences inherent to repair work (noise, dust, odors and debris) are generated by this construction.
