Various Buildings Replace Fire Alarm Systems

SCOPE OF WORK:

This project involves installation of a completely new fire alarm system for various buildings (Dean Hall, Hemenway Hall, Warrior Recreation Center, College of Education Portables, UH Lab School Portables, Castle Memorial Hall, Wist Hall). Work also includes removal of the existing fire alarm system, painting, lead paint and arsenic removal/disposal. 

EFFECTIVE DATES:

02/28/2024 - 02/09/2025

HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION:

7:00am - 4:00pm (off-hours work is anticipated and will be scheduled selectively)

ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIAL (ACM) ABATEMENT:

None

ACCESSIBLE ROUTES:

No accessible routes are affected by this work.

ADVISORY:

All persons in the vicinity of this construction are advised to respect all barricades and all posted safety/detour signs. Your patience, cooperation and understanding are requested as the inconveniences inherent to repair work (noise, dust, odors and debris) are generated by this construction.
