Additional Notice to Ongoing Project

TO:

SUBJECT:
UHM Mixed Use Housing Project at former NOAA site: updated hours for project work, May 2025 (Thursday 5/1/2025 - Saturday 5/31/2025)

CONTRACTOR:
Swinerton Builders

SCOPE OF WORK:

During the month of May 2025, the Contractor will be working Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 8:30 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

During the quiet period (Study period and Finals week, Thursday, 5/8/25 through Friday 5/16/25) the Contractor will be doing minimal/no noise work.

EFFECTIVE DATES:

05/01/2025 - 05/31/2025

HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION:
Monday-Friday 7:00am-8:30pm; Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-5:30pm

ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIAL (ACM) ABATEMENT:
None

ACCESSIBLE ROUTES:
No accessible routes are affected by this work.

ADVISORY:
All persons in the vicinity of this construction are advised to respect all barricades and all posted safety/detour signs. Your patience, cooperation and understanding are requested as the inconveniences inherent to repair work (noise, dust, odors and debris) are generated by this construction.
