SUBJECT:
Bilger Hall Room 101 & 102 Interior Renovation
CONTRACTOR: Molina Engineering
SCOPE OF WORK: For Bilger Hall 101: Hazard material remediation based on hazardous materials report. Demolition of built-in cabinets, countertop, furniture and shelving. Demolition of existing flooring and wall base. Demolition of existing doors. Demolition of existing window covering. Demolition of existing signage and installation of new signage. Demolition of existing walls. Demolition of existing acoustical ceiling tiles and light fixtures. Demolition of existing sink and associated plumbing. Install flooring and rubber wall base. Install wood swinging doors and wood sliding barn doors with hardware. Install hardware and paint existing entry door. Install window covering. Install ADA compliant signage. Paint, patch and repair existing walls. Install acoustical ceiling tiles and LED/energy efficient light fixtures. Install IT, data and electrical conduits and outlets to support the modular workstations. Relocate existing fire alarm devices. Modify ductwork and air devices, adjust ceiling diffusers and appurtenances. Install countertop, kitchen casework and sink with associated plumbing and electrical work in compliance with ADA requirements. Coordinate with the University on the installation of modular workstations.
