Shidler Building Towers A,B and G Reroof.

SCOPE OF WORK:

1. REMOVE AND REPLACE THE ROOF SYSTEM AT BUILDINGS A, B, AND G AND ADJACENT GUTTERS.
2. REPAIR ASSOCIATED SPALLED AND/OR CRACKED CONCRETE AT ALL BUILDINGS
3. REPLACE CLERESTORY WINDOWS A, B, AND G
4. REPAIR AFFECTED INTERIOR SPACES ASSOCIATED W/SPALL AND/OR CRACKED CONCRETE.
5. REPLACE EXHAUST FANS ON A, B, AND G
6. STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING AND ROOF FLASHING DETAILS FOR SAFETY ANCHOR POINTS AT ALL BUILDINGS
