CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

SUBJECT:
Pacific Ocean Science and Technology (POST) Building - Roof Cantilever Structure Demo and Reroof

CONTRACTOR:

Nan, Inc.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Project scope includes but not limited to: removal of existing roof cantilever structure, repair existing lightning protection system and add new conductors and air terminals, replace penthouse roof, roof purlins, wall girts, wall siding, concrete spall and crack repair, new floor coating in the electrical and mechanical rooms, replace mechanical duct work & piping, replace main building roof and provide photovoltaic (PV) system, lead containing paint abatement, and other miscellaneous items as indicated on the drawings. Phasing of the project will go as follows: (1) Cantilever structure removal (2) Replace rooftop penthouse structure (3) Replace main building roof.

05/13/2024 - 06/17/2025

7:00am - 5:00pm

None

No accessible routes are affected by this work.

ADVISORY:

All persons in the vicinity of this construction are advised to respect all barricades and all posted safety/detour signs. Your patience, cooperation and understanding are requested as the inconveniences inherent to repair work (noise, dust, odors and debris) are generated by this construction.
