Pineapple Coleslaw

Ingredients
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Salad:
- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup red apple, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 3/4 cup pineapple tidbits, drained or fresh pineapple

Notes
- In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Blend well.
- In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Toss lightly.
- Pour dressing over salad. Mix well. Cover. Refrigerate to blend
Notes
- For a lower fat version use low fat mayonnaise and low fat sour cream.
