Pineapple Coleslaw

Dressing:

    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tsp sugar
    • 1 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
    • 1 tsp lemon juice



Salad:

  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup red apple, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 3/4 cup pineapple tidbits, drained or fresh pineapple

  1. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Blend well.
  2. In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Toss lightly.
  3. Pour dressing over salad. Mix well. Cover. Refrigerate to blend

Notes
  • For a lower fat version use low fat mayonnaise and low fat sour cream.
