Different Probabilities

I was wondering if anyone changed the probabilities in the activity from 1 in 6 for survival of mutated / death of normal. Did this make it more interesting ?

I did not. Wouldn't it just take longer? Wasn't there something in genetics about the probability of fixation is the same as the initial allele frequencies? I suppose this assumes selection = 0.
I guess taking longer is actually more interesting. Maybe have only one group do it and post their graph?

Seems like Dan V's students did variations on the probabilities as an extension. He mentioned it in a follow up session so maybe you would want to ask him for more details.
