The Eu Tong Sen Memorial Exchange Program between any university in HK that offers Chinese Studies and UHM is designed to strengthen academic relations between Hawaii and Hong Kong, and to foster the continuing exchange of undergraduate and graduate students in all areas related to Chinese Studies. It is generously funded by Honolulu residents Eddy and Peggy Eu, in honor of Mr. Eu Tong Sen, pharmaceutics manufacturer, of Hong Kong.
The fellowship applicants need to apply for the exchange program through Manoa International Exchange. The program application deadline: is December 1 for Fall Exchange; and May 1 for Spring Exchange
