The first Chinese Corner of the Fall 2023 semester started off with a huge turnout. Students from different levels of Chinese classes came together to learn about Chinese tea culture. Our teacher, Hsin-Tzu Jen Laoshi, introduced us to the different teas and the flavors that each one contained. Students then tasted the different teas and were asked to try and identify which flavor went with which tea. Those who made the most correct matches won Starbucks gift cards!
