On Saturday, January 14, a Flagship student Megan Ibara participated in the annual Night in Chinatown parade, taking part in a traditional lion dance performance. The Coordinator Orion Young, GA Hsin-Tzu Jen, and the Taiwan visiting instructor Meng-Ting Lin came and enjoyed the festivities. Hsin-Tzu and Meng-Ting were even able to try on the lion costumes! Chinese Flagship flyers were available for anyone interested in learning more about the  program. The following Saturday, January 21, Megan’s lion dance group performed at Ala Moana Shopping Center. This time, an even  larger group of staff members and instructors came to see the show.
