UH Manoa, like many colleges and universities across the nation, conducts a post graduation First Career Destination initiative specifically for graduating students to share about their college experience and possible plans after graduation.

Graduating students in the fall 2023 semester received an email that contains a unique URL link into the manoa-hawaii.12twenty.com portal.

The email is from Wendy Sora <notifications@manoa-hawaii.12twenty.com> and will look like the following:

  2. Join the platform by verifying your UH email address and reviewing the terms of service

The Manoa Career Center is excited to launch a NEW platform designed to gather and share about various career paths upon which UH Manoa students embark on after graduation AND current students' internship experiences!

What is this platform that I am logging into?

This new platform, hosted by 12twenty and the Manoa Career Center helps gather information from graduating seniors. Attending graduate school? Pursuing an adventure? Traveling abroad? Starting a new job? Looking for work? Entering the military? Starting a business? The information collected will help the UH Manoa share our students’ success stories and enhance career related services for students and alumni.

Can I still complete the survey if I don’t have a job yet?

Absolutely! We welcome your responses even if you haven’t yet finalized your post-graduation plans. Create an account and you can go back in at any time and update your responses when you firm your plans. As a recent graduate, the Manoa Career Center services remain available to you as you take those next steps and decisions beyond graduation.

What happens to the information that I share?

Your responses are combined with others respondents and summarized in a report to further protect your anonymity. Data reported will be shared as aggregate numbers, either as counts or averages. Personally identifiable employment or salary information will not be shared or used for fundraising purposes.  Information will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed outside the university, except as required by law.

How do students access the site?

There are two ways to get into the manoa-hawaii.12twenty.com platform:

  1. Click on the “URL link” in the email from Wendy Sora <notifications@manoa-hawaii.12twenty.com>
  2. OR go to https://manoa-hawaii.12twenty.com and click “Login with your UH Login”
  3. Join the platform by verifying your UH email address and reviewing the terms of service
  4. If you receive the following page, click on the “UH Login Sign Up” green button
  5. When will I be able to see the graduation class results?

    6. The collection of information will remain open for 4 months after commencement. To see the results, you must log into the portal and have created an account. There is a Research Tool feature which will allow you to see group results of the graduating class.

  6. What if I get this error page?
