Noelani started college as an Interior Design major at Philadelphia University, and through an internship at FringeArts, transferred to University of the Arts and graduated with a BFA in Theater Design & Technology, focusing in Scenic, Lighting, and Projection Design. Being a proud kanaka and dominicana from Southern California, she is very grateful to perform and design for productions based entirely in ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi and Español.
