This is an opportunity for you as a new student to meet the Graduate Chair, to get to know other new graduate students from the School of Hawaiian Knowledge, to learn about graduate school and what to expect. Because orientation is so important all new graduate students should attend.

Hawaiʻnuiākea Graduate Programs Welcome Reception

In addition to the Orientation all new students are also invited to attend Hawaiʻinuiākea’s Graduate Programs Welcome Reception. Also held each Fall this event is an opportunity for new students, current students, faculty, & staff members to socialize outside the classroom and celebrate the beginning of a new academic year. The date for this year’s reception has not yet been set. Invitations will be sent out in the coming weeks by email, so please keep your eye out.
