Clinical psychiatrist, renowned researcher, and Zen priest, Robert Waldinger is the director of the Harvard Study of Adult Development, one of the world’s longest running studies of health and well-being. Over 80 years and two generations, the study has produced groundbreaking findings on the elements of human happiness. Waldinger is the author of two books, numerous scientific papers, and he delivered one of the most popular TED Talks of all time.
