PRIYAMVADA NATARAJAN

Astrophysicist Priyamvada Natarajan is an expert on dark matter, gravitational lensing, and supermassive black holes. She is a professor of Astronomy and Physics at Yale University and is the author of Mapping the Heavens: The Radical Scientific Ideas That Reveal the Cosmos. In January 2018, her research was featured in the NOVA PBS documentary, Black Hole Apocalypse. Natarajan was recently named to the leadership team for NASA’s LISA mission to detect and measure gravitational waves.
