Burns School of Medicine. His research focuses on improving health capacity and reducing health disparities in the Marshall Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and the Federated States of Micronesia. He earned his MD from JABSOM and MPH in International Health at John Hopkins University.
