Martha Nussbaum is an endowed professor of law and philosophy at the University of Chicago. The author of more than a dozen books, she writes on emotions, ethics, justice, higher education, and politics. She is the winner of the 2016 Kyoto prize.
Martha Nussbaum served as the Fall 2017 commencement speaker at UH Mānoa.
