Marielena Hincapié

Marielena Hincapié is the Executive Director of the National Immigration Law Center, the main organization dedicated to defending and advancing the rights of low-income immigrants in the U.S. Combining litigation, policy advocacy, communications, and alliance-building, the NILC under Hincapié’s leadership has emerged as one of the preeminent progressive voices on immigration in American politics.
