Jessy Freddy Francis is the Community Resource Specialist at We Are Ocean (WAO). Working with his community on a daily basis has made Francis realize what types of assistance are needed during the pandemic and beyond. Francis wants to be part of something that will benefit his entire community, both through WAO and PEACE.
