Caroline Anderson is the Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority’s Director of Planning, overseeing the development and implementation of HTA’s Strategic Plan and Destination Management Action Plans. She previously managed the Community Enrichment program, fostering community-based tourism projects. She also served as HTA’s Brand Manager, overseeing US, Europe, and Latin America marketing contracts, in addition to the HTA’s tourism conferences.
