Currently, Wieczorek serves as Interim Associate Dean of CTAHR. She earned her BS in Molecular Biology from Drexel University and her PhD from the University of the Western Cape, South Africa. Her research interests include addressing agricultural problems (such as invasive species management and risk assessment for genetically modified crops), environmental conservation, population genetics, and evolutionary biology.
