Noelani Kalipi

Noelani Kalipi was born in Hilo, Hawaiʻi, and is President of Kalipi Enterprises. She specializes in systems planning, food security, energy security, and community empowerment. Kalipi earned her Bachelor’s degree in government politics and economics from George Mason University and a law degree from George Washington University National Law Center. In 2021, Kalipi was appointed as a new Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army at Fort Shafter in Honolulu, Hawaii.
