KBFD-TV Hawaii recently produced and aired two documentaries in cooperation with the Center for Korean Studies, University of Hawaii at Manoa Documentary: Puzzle and The Story of Dream: Picture Bride, to showcase Korean immigrants and their efforts in Hawaii. This event will discuss the background of the projects, the film work, and historical aspects of Korean immigration in Hawaii.
