Scientific Language lesson

Here it is - we'll see how it goes. I'm a little nervous as the last language-based, metacognitive lesson crashed and burned. Also attached is the worksheet students will complete in the lesson.

Interesting lesson Dan - my kids get overwhelmed by a big lesson too. How did the smaller, simpler lesson go?

Anne - it went much better. It was smaller, not quite as metacognitive and not nearly so DRY.

Hey Dan, I really like your worksheet. It looks pretty comprehensive. Is it okay if I use it? I have 9th graders. The levels range a lot and some are really low readers.
