Mod. 1: Lesson 2: Practices of Scientists

This is my lesson plan and reflection for my second lesson. I did the practices of scientists to start off quarter 2 on a good note and reinforce the demeanor's of a scientist.

This was my first TSI lab with my middle school students. I gave the assignment to do the scientist's drawing and explained the vocab of disciplines and demeanors afterwards. The students took two class periods with homework in between they added color and favorite television shows about scientists. We posted their drawings and made a wall chart of the similarities and misconceptions of scientists as outlined in the module one folder. It was a fun and insightful activity.
